Mission of effectivity is simple. Less time consuming solution with highest possible quality in finish. It looks like simple Task, but it is not. That is the most important and the most hard Task in every company. Naturally, every position in your business is important for growth. But effective planing, strategy making and so on, sometimes it is highway through Hell.
KISS - keep it simple stupid. Please, everything what you do, do without frills. Simple definition of your duties is enough. You can do this during your morning Coffee. Everything else is only wasting of your time. Accomplish the tasks step by step and then only empty your mind and chill out.
ASAP - as soon as possible. Do not forget, my friend, that sometimes you have to take into account the importance of the task. Exactly. You can not visit government offices after closing. Prioritize.
Ignore Tasks from another Mission. Multitasking is the most quietest and most sophisticated business crasher. Do your Mission done. Sometimes you can delegate Tasks on another person, but structure is up to you. Keep going, lets get it done and then start with something else.
Give yourself a break. Between two Missions is the best way how to empty your mind short break. Just go out with colleagues, friends and empty your trash from previous Mission. Then you will not be affected with opinions, which are good for another situation, but not for actual one.
There is much more to write. But I found this habits like the most important. No excuse, No crying, No apology.
